What are the dates and times of the 2020 Auto Show?

* From the 17th to the 25th of January: 10am to 9pm
* January 26th: 10am to 6pm

Please note that the ticket office closes 90 minutes before the show closes.

What is the address of the Montreal's Palais des Congrès and how to get there?

The entrances to the Montreal’s Palais des congrès are:

201 Viger Avenue West; 1 001, Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle; 301 Saint-Antoine Street West

Is there a parking lot at the Palais des congrès and how much is it?

You can park in either one of the two following parking lots :

Palais des congrès parking located on the west side of the 201 Viger Avenue entrance at 1025 Chéneville Street

The Quartier international de Montreal’s parking, 249 St-Antoine Street West.

Price for either parking lots : 24$

Accepted payment methods : Cash, VISA, MasterCard

What is the metro station of the Palais des Congrès

Station Place-D ‘Armes on the orange line.

Is there a coat check for visitors?

The Cloakroom is open every day in the Viger Hall, level 2 of the Palais des congrès.

The Cloakroom in the Riopelle Hall is open only Friday to Sunday near the 1001, Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle entrance.

Are tickets refundable?

No, all ticket sales are final.

Is there a discount for group tickets?

13,00$ / per ticket : 25 to 49 people

12,00$ / per ticket : 50 people and more

Is it possible to purchase a car at the Auto Show?

Yes, you can buy a car at the Montreal International Auto Show. However, you can’t take delivery right away. You have to make arrangements with the sales representative to get it from the dealership.

Are cameras and video cameras permitted?

Yes, cameras and video cameras are permitted during the event.

Are strollers allowed on the Show floor?

Yes, but you have to bring your own stroller because no stroller rental available on-site.

Is the Show accessible by wheelchair?

Yes. Ramps outside and elevators inside are available for visitors with reduced mobility.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Are there restaurants at the Auto Show?

A few areas where you can eat : one on level 2 (Bleury Hall) and a larger one on level 7, as well as a food court on the ticketing level.

Is the companion sticker accepted?

Yes, but only the TLCS Companion Sticker gives free access to the companions of people with a permanent disability with an ALTERGO Card.

Where can I buy my ticket?

You can buy your tickets for the 2020 Montreal Auto Show online (put link) or directly on the spot at the ticketing of the Palais des congrès located on level 1.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay cash, debit or credit at the ticketing of the Palais des congrès.

Are bags allowed?

Yes, bags are allowed during the Auto Show.

Are ticket prices at the door different than the ones online?

Yes, there are administration fees of $ 1.30 when you buy your tickets online while there are no admission fees if you buy your ticket on site.

Can someone else use a ticket I purchased?

Yes, you are able to purchase tickets for friends and family and give it to them.

What items can I bring with me to the show?

Of course, all weapons or dangerous objects are strictly forbidden during the exhibition. We remind you, however, that the average duration of the Auto Show is between 90 minutes and 3 hours, so don’t be to overloaded during your visit.

Can I, with the same ticket, visit the show more than once?

No, the ticket is valid for one day only. You will have to buy another ticket if you want to come another day.

Can I eat out and then comeback to continue the exhibition?

Yes, you can go out and come back without any problem. You just have to make sure you come back in the same day.

Which days are the least crowded?

Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s morning are the least busy days.

Can I bring my own food to the show?

Yes, you can bring your own food and beverages to the show.
