Les listes d\u2019attentes s\u2019\u00e9tendent d\u00e9sormais sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es afin de mettre la main sur un exemplaire neuf, et les exemplaires usag\u00e9s sont tout simplement hors de prix. Cette fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie est-elle justifi\u00e9e? L\u2019IONIQ 5 vaut-elle vraiment le pesant d\u2019or qu\u2019elle commande sur le march\u00e9 secondaire?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10609 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.salonautomontreal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/dsc00168.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1620\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Un design audacieux<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plusieurs raisons peuvent expliquer l\u2019\u00e9norme demande pour ce VUS multisegment compact, et il y a fort \u00e0 parier qu\u2019au sommet de cette liste se situent le look et le design de ce bolide cor\u00e9en.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout d\u2019abord, l\u2019habitacle est des plus simple et soign\u00e9. On retrouve deux \u00e9crans d\u2019affichage, l\u2019un comme planche de bord et l\u2019autre comme \u00e9cran du syst\u00e8me d\u2019infodivertissement. Chacun d\u2019eux est de 12,3 pouces de taille et ils sont de remarquable qualit\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit bien \u00e9videmment d\u2019un \u00e9cran tactile, mais Hyundai a tout de m\u00eame conserv\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de certains boutons physiques comme ceux de la climatisation ou encore du volume de la radio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puis, l\u2019absence d\u2019une transmission permet la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un vide o\u00f9 se logerait autrement cette derni\u00e8re, laissant place \u00e0 encore plus d\u2019espace \u00e0 l\u2019avant et \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Les si\u00e8ges sont d\u2019un confort remarquable et en version Ultimate, le cuir blanc dont ils sont rev\u00eatus est d\u2019un look rafra\u00eechissant et avant-garde. Le hayon laisse sinon place \u00e0 un immense coffre dont le volume est quasi doubl\u00e9 lorsque la banquette arri\u00e8re est rabattue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10615 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.salonautomontreal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/dsc00174.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1620\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la voiture est en revanche ce qui fait le plus jaser c\u00f4t\u00e9 design. On a attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette IONIQ 5 un look carr\u00e9ment r\u00e9tro qui ne se voit pratiquement plus dans le march\u00e9 automobile d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. Les phares arri\u00e8re sont le premier indice r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur, alors que la pr\u00e9sence de dizaines de LED donne un look tr\u00e8s pix\u00e9lis\u00e9 qui rappelle la r\u00e9solution des premiers Pac-Man.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Idem avec les phares avant, qui eux aussi sont compos\u00e9s de plusieurs LED individuelles qui donnent un look pix\u00e9lis\u00e9. Puis, les poign\u00e9es de porte r\u00e9tractables et les jantes contribuent elles aussi \u00e0 offrir un look r\u00e9tro \u00e0 la bagnole \u00e9lectrique. La carrosserie dans son ensemble a sinon \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9e avec plusieurs angles aigus, ce qui rajoute d\u2019autant plus de piquant et de style r\u00e9tro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Performances et derri\u00e8re le volant<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deux batteries sont offertes sur l\u2019IONIQ 5 en fonction de la d\u00e9clinaison choisie. Notre mod\u00e8le d\u2019essai, le plus \u00e9quip\u00e9 et dispendieux du lot, avait une batterie de 77,4 kWh et une double motorisation \u2013 ce qui lui permettait de supporter le rouage int\u00e9gral du m\u00eame coup. L\u2019autre alternative, de s\u00e9rie sur les deux d\u00e9clinaisons les moins dispendieuses offertes, est une batterie de 58 kWh. Une troisi\u00e8me version de type \u00ab long range \u00bb est aussi disponible, dans laquelle on jum\u00e8le la batterie de 77,4 kWh au rouage de type propulsion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naturellement, les mod\u00e8les \u00e0 motorisation unique (et \u00e0 propulsion) offrent une plus grande autonomie, soit 488 kilom\u00e8tres au maximum : la batterie n\u2019a apr\u00e8s tout qu\u2019\u00e0 alimenter une seule motorisation. Pour notre mod\u00e8le d\u2019essai au rouage int\u00e9gral, ce sont 412 kilom\u00e8tres qui peuvent \u00eatre parcourus sur une charge pleine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10605 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.salonautomontreal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/dsc00162.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1620\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela dit, notre version d\u2019essai propose non seulement une autonomie int\u00e9ressante, un rouage int\u00e9gral et un look d\u2019enfer, mais elle offre aussi son lot de performances. Il ne lui faut que 5,2 secondes afin de parcourir les 0-100 km\/h, et les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations en reprises sont d\u2019autant plus franches. Certes, le poids du v\u00e9hicule est difficile \u00e0 camoufler lors de la prise de virage, mais il s\u2019agit tout de m\u00eame d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule qui dispose d\u2019une bonne agilit\u00e9 et dont la direction est pr\u00e9cise et invitante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les faits, par contre, la version Preferred AWD Long Range (soit celle mise \u00e0 l\u2019essai) n\u2019est peut-\u00eatre pas celle qui saura le mieux r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos besoins. Son prix de 57 535$ vient difficilement justifier la pr\u00e9sence du rouage int\u00e9gral, puisque la d\u00e9clinaison de rang pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, soit la Preferred Long Range, se d\u00e9taille 3 000$ de moins. \u00c0 vous de juger si le rouage int\u00e9gral est n\u00e9cessaire, mais \u00e0 notre avis, l\u2019autonomie de pr\u00e8s de 500 kilom\u00e8tres qu\u2019offre la d\u00e9clinaison Preferred Long Range est difficile \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10611 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.salonautomontreal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/dsc00169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1620\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Attendre ou se tourner vers une autre marque?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On peut facilement conclure que l\u2019IONIQ 5 est un v\u00e9hicule formidable, autant pas son style que par ses caract\u00e9ristiques intrins\u00e8ques. Son prix est all\u00e9chant, son autonomie l\u2019est tout autant, mais sa disponibilit\u00e9 offre un l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt d\u2019amertume. En effet, les concessionnaires automobiles du Grand Montr\u00e9al ont des carnets de commandes qui d\u00e9bordent tout simplement : il faut attendre plus de 2 ans par endroit afin de mettre la main sur un exemplaire neuf. De ce fait, rares sont les aubaines sur le march\u00e9 secondaire, si bien que certaines unit\u00e9s commandent des prix au-dessus de la barre de 80 000$.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019autres mod\u00e8les qui sont ainsi disponibles plus rapidement peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s, mais seule une visite en concession pourra vous informer quant \u00e0 la r\u00e9elle attente \u00e0 anticiper. Les Volkswagen ID.4, Kia EV6 ou encore Ford Mustang Mach E sont d\u2019excellentes alternatives qui, peut-\u00eatre, pourront \u00eatre livr\u00e9es dans un d\u00e9lai plus raisonnable. Si vous d\u00e9sirez en revanche attendre, sachez qu\u2019un gros changement sera apport\u00e9 au mod\u00e8le-ann\u00e9e 2023\u00a0: l\u2019IONIQ 5 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019un essuie-glace arri\u00e8re!
